We stayed at the hotel for one night Room was tidy and comfortable bed We had breakfast at T the restaurant in the morning The sitting was so nice and clean The food was amazing you can’t fault it in anyway But the best was the host and the service top quality especially Michelle Quick service and very professional Definitely we will go again

Room nice, staff pleasant, food bloody awful. The evening meal last night was a beef lasagne that had so little meat in it, it would have been suitable for vegetarians, you'd get better in the value range of frozen supermarket ready meals, and while the breakfast buffet had a reasonable range it was stone cold, and things had happened to the eggs that I'm not sure I can describe. I'm here for another three nights unfortunately

We held our functional conference at the Novotel for 70 people and I must say, the customer service we received was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. A big shout out to Anjana and the team, our event team even said that in all the years and venues we have used, the service we received at the Novotel was the best by far! We hired the whole of the conference area which was perfect for us since it had the main room plus 3 break out rooms. There was also a good sized area for refreshments and networking within the conference area. we stayed for 1 day and 1 night and the whole experience was great. There was plenty of good quality food for breakfast, lunch and for our private dinner, plus tea/coffee and snacks throughout the day. The only negative is that some of the decor/bedrooms could use a refresh to smarten them up a bit. The hotel location is great, 5 mins by cab from the train station. Free parking, pool and small gym. This hotel is great value for money and one that I will definitely be using again for our conferences.

Celebration dinner

My partner and I were celebrating 15th year anniversary at your restaurant and I must say that the food was great and service was excellent, especially Michelle who looked after us and made our evening special. Even though I am a fairly fussy eater, nothing was a problem for her to sort and the service was always with a smile. The restaurant had a very relaxed atmosphere. I’d definitely come back again. Half Marathon Stay

My family and I stayed here for just one night pre Milton Keynes half marathon. Check in was slow but we later found out the hotel was fully booked so I can only assume this was why it was taking so long. There was plenty of parking available and at no extra fee which seems unusual now so that was a positive perk. We had a family room on the ground floor, which was perfectly clean and comfortable but was quite dated and tatty in places. The beds were comfy. However, when we asked for 2 extra pillows we were questioned and told the room comes with 6 pillows (4people) and they would see if they could find any extra pillows. I’ve never had this in other hotels and if anything extra is needed is never been deemed a problem. Needless to say we were provided with the extra pillows requested. Because of where our room was situated on the ground floor there was a fair amount of noise from the hallway and people (I can only assume children) knocking on the door as they passed but this isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast we were told started at 7, we needed to check out at 8 as needed to get to the start of the half marathon - breakfast was still being put out at 7.15 which meant time was tight but we were fed well and left with full tummies. I can’t comment on the pool facility as we didn’t use this. It looked nice however. Would I stay here again, yes possibly but I’d maybe request a room not off the main corridor. It done what we needed and provided a clean and comfy bed for one night.
